Know-your-agent (KYA) / counterparty check, agent-callable. Before your agent pays, hires or trusts another agent, one call screens that agent's wallet against the US Treasury OFAC SDN list - including the ~500 crypto addresses OFAC publishes, matched exactly - optionally screens its name or entity, scores the wallet's on-chain risk (GoPlus flags: sanctioned, mixer, phishing, money laundering), and returns PASS / REVIEW / BLOCK with reasons. The verdict is signed as an LSO Receipt (secp256k1 / EIP-191): ethers.verifyMessage must recover the signer published at /signer. $0.10 via x402 on Base or Solana. | Full catalog: lonestaroracle.xyz
